What kinds of services does USNet offer?
Our services include cabling for single sites or large campuses, installation of desktop equipment and servers, hardware repairs and network support. We specialize in nationwide roll-outs for major companies that require on-site support at locations throughout the country.
How can USNet assure uniform quality across the country?
CallTrac™, USNet's custom-designed call management system, is our primary quality assurance tool. In the hands of our expert in-house project managers, CallTrac™'s performance feedback loop evaluates each technician's performance on each project for responsiveness, technical ability, communication, reporting, customer service skills, call-backs, efficiency and other categories. Only by achieving outstanding "grades" in each of these categories, does a technician earn the right to participate in the next project.
What kind of equipment does USNet handle?
USNet will handle all your computing needs, up to the mainframe level. Our main concentration is in desktop systems and peripherals, laptops, local and wide area networks, and cable plants. In addition we cover a wide array of custom equipment for specialized markets.
Where does USNet provide on-site services?
We provide services in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. A detailed location list is available upon request, or by using the Provider Search function.
What do the different levels of service cost?
Most service arrangements are individually priced, depending on the type of service required, the size of individual projects, or the anticipated call volume. Pricing can be hourly, monthly or annual; discounts may be available depending on the specific customer requirements.
What customers has USNet worked for in the past?
USNet has provided services for more than 250,000 major corporations, agencies and businesses nationwide including GE Capital, Mitsubishi, Compaq, and Marriott. We have also serviced various federal government agencies such as the US Secret Service, the IRS, the US Forest Service, the INS, and the Social Security Administration; as well as state, county and local government agencies. Our customer list also includes major retailers such as Wet Seal and Macy's, hospitals, clinics, restaurant and hotel chains, and virtually all levels of corporate America.
What unique strengths differentiate USNet from competitors?
USNet's greatest strength lies in our extensive geographic coverage, coupled with the expertise of our project management teams. Authorized service providers are located in more than 2,000 locations throughout North America, so "service anywhere" can be arranged with a single phone call to our national headquarters (800-634-1799). Professional project managers coordinate technical skills, geographic coverage, site management, scheduling and reporting, and ensure uniform quality throughout the country.
How does USNet qualify its technicians?
We have a recruiting team whose sole function is to find and qualify technicians who meet the needs of our customers. The qualification process has several elements, including reference checking; phone or personal interviews; verification of licenses, permits and authorizations; testing; and a solid performance feedback loop via CallTrac™ to ensure continued levels of quality once the original recruitment process is completed. New recruits frequently come with personal recommendations from existing Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) or customers.
